FAQ

How many pictures will we receive?

Depending on the packages you choose, you will get all images that have been shot that aren't repeated shots or out of focus. You will not receive any RAW images.

What’s the best time to have a session with a newborn?

Newborn sessions should be made within the first month of the newborn's life. I do lifestyle newborn shoots, meaning I would be coming to your home to take images of your newborn. I do not provide studio sessions for newborns.

If I seen a photo on the internet that I would like to recreate, can we do it?

Of course ! I perfer to get those images before the photoshoot so that I am prepared for the recreation. I will do my very best to accomplish the shot but you must keep in mind, that some images on the internet could be using different equipment that I may not carry.

Can you make certain body parts altered in some photos?

I understand that we are all self-conscience of certain parts of our body. I do not feel comfortable in alerting parts of people's bodies. I can fix in perfections like pimples and fly away hairs. I will not add to someone's insecurities by altering body parts.

How should we dress for our family session?

I can determine what is best to wear depending on the time of year. I always recommend wearing close-toed shoes and no colours matching the background. Green is not a colour I would recommend at anytime time of the year.

We don’t feel very confident in front of the camera, is that ok?

Yes ! I get this told to me a lot by clients. I am a very easygoing person outside of my work and I know how to pose and prompt clients to get those natural shots. I have always been told that I make clients feel comfortable and my excitement for getting the perfect shot, gives my clients the confidence they need. I don't mind showing images from behind my camera to clients but I will only do that once usually near the end fo the shoot.

Can I get my images from the shoot without edits made to it?

I do not give images without edits made by me. Images straight from the camera are called RAW images. I do not provide those. Rarely do professional photographers do this as it doesn't show the true art of the photographer you have hired.

What is your cancelation policy?

Any shoot can be canceled and rescheduled. Your deposit is non-refundable and can be used towards any future photoshoot. If the day of the shoot, you are a no-show and I have made all attempts to get ahold of you, your deposit will be gone. To rebook, you will need to provide a new deposit.
