Spooky Shoot

This shoot was booked for one of my Fall Minis slots. I was nervous about doing something different back in 2021 but was excited to try something spooky for this client. This shoot got me to offer Spooky Shoot years after.

Beer Poster

This shoot was booked 2 hours before we shot it. When I met the client for this shoot I asked if they wouldn't mind waiting for the sunset as this lake would look so beautiful. She was game and while we waited for the sun to set we had a very empowering conversation about being a woman and body image. This shoot was worth the wait.

Winter Shoot

This shoot was my last shoot of the year 2021. It was snowing ever so softly that day. We stayed near the trees to avoid the wind as much as possible. The woman in this photo became my lash lady and we have both supported one another as women in business.

Smoke Bomb Spooky Shoot

I had a group of 4 ladies wanting to dress up for a spooky shoot. They talked about using Smoke Bombs which was a first for me. This shoot turned out way better then I expected. I now have a better understanding on how Smoke Bombs work for a shoot. This was back in the fall of 2022.

Family Shoot

This shoot was mainly made for mom, dad, and their beautiful little girl. Aunty wanted some photos as well but was put in charge of entertaining her niece for the perfect shots. This photo is of this beautiful little girl and her Aunt. The love is undeniable.

Sexy Pumpkin Head Shoot

I had another photographer reach out to me to exchange services. I am always up for supporting others in business. This was something I had seen on social media but was very nervous to do. The other photographer had the pumpkin ready to go and we quickly took advantage of the setting sun.

Baby Announcement

These clients wanted fall photos done but also added their baby announcement. They provided the pumpkin and I went to work to utilize the pumpkin. I laid down as low as I could in this field to get this shot. My clients signed a Media Release form, however, asked me to not release anything until they announced it first. I was so excited to share this big announcement once I got the go-ahead from the clients.

Bridal Party Shoot

This Wedding was set for June 2022. This group of groomsmen were so much fun to work with. They were ready for all the poses and made my job very easy. I gained a friendship with the Bride and a year later her brother reached out to me to hire me for his wedding. I can now say I have shot both siblings weddings.

Family Maternity

I love a good maternity shoot. But it gets very special when the whole clan gets involved. You can see that this kids adore their mother. To get this sunflare I had to get right down into this field and angle the sun above the bushes behind them before the sun set too low. It is all about timing when the sun is setting.

Beer Poster Shoot

I like to get in front of the camera at times. Especially when it comes to wanting to offer a type of shoot to the public, I find it is best to model for myself if I can't find someone who is up for it. This photo got many women interested in doing this kind of shoot after seeing how I did. Clients knew to bring their favorite beverages empty. A little bit of water and a little bit of dawn soap create a foamy beer effect.

Big Sister Annoucement

Very exciting time when the only child becomes the big sister. Sun was getting close to setting, which made this so much more magical. Baby brother will be arriving 2024 and I can not wait to meet this little boy.

Prom Shoot

I did one Prom shoot when I first started as a photographer. Then June of 2023, I had the opportunity again. This young couple was so much fun to capture with their country theme with his pick-up truck involved. Made me want a do-over on my prom.

Sexy Spooky Shoot

With a few spooky shots under my belt, it was time to spice things up. To get this shot me and my client rushed from a sand pit to this mystical trail. We had to be swift and ready to get all the shots we talked about before this shoot. We nailed ever shot we wanted to capture and by the time we were loaded back up and heading home, the moon was up in the sky.

First Look of Bride

I recreated this shot from the bride's sister-in-law's wedding. Same house and the same hallway. Beautiful fall wedding with such an amazing family. Getting to take photos of the same family a year later made me feel a part of this family.

Sexy Kitchen Shoot

Again, another model shoot I did of myself. Turned on some tunes, and played in some flour. Made for such a fun shoot. I have yet to do another shoot like this but I think it would be so much fun to do a couple in the kitchen.

Sunset Shoot

This shoot was very exciting to capture. The client was a fellow photographer who wanted some shots in a flower field. We picked the exact time to shoot during sunset for the best golden hour shot.

Hobby Farm Shoot

This shoot was the first one I got to do in a new area. I was here to take photos of a mom with her beautiful baby girl around their farm. This beautiful Turkey decided he wanted a few shots of himself (probably to update his Facebook profile) and ended up with the best photo bomb shot by a Turkey.

Motorcycle Sexy Spooky Shoot

This was a very fun shoot. We had the opportunity to shoot at a cemetery, yes we asked permission first. Got the motorcycle out and a scream mask. This was so much fun to shoot that the clients let me jump on the bike for a few shots as well ! Motorcycle shoots are so much fun.

Newborn Shoot

This client traveled 4 hours to my area to have their newborn daughter's photos taken. When people are willing to travel that far, I truly feel that my work is appreciated. This day was a beautiful July evening. The sun was setting, and a bit windy but it was such a beautiful spot at the beach for these golden shots.

Winter Shoot

The shot was a spur-of-the-moment shot. I had only ever seen a photographer do this once before and thought I'd try my hand at it. One of my favourite shots I have taken and yes, this is their true eye colour.

Maternity Shoot

This was a spring Maternity shoot done at Ken Reid Park. What was so beautiful about this shoot was that the birds in the conservation park kept paying us a visit and reminding us that spring was here. This was a previous client whom I had done a "Beer Poster" shoot for and was so grateful she reached out to me again for her maternity photos
